Springtime brings the joy of family sessions, and this year, I had the pleasure of capturing the Trondles during a Cedarpines Park family session in the San Bernardino mountains. This session was extra special because it marked the third year I’ve had the honor of capturing their growing family.

Madison, Tom, and their adorable children, Theo and Olivia, were joined by their three furry family members, Roxy, Scout, and Max. Madison had one request for this session: to get a great photo with the entire family, including the dogs. I focused on that goal right from the start and managed to capture the perfect family portrait within just three shots. With that accomplished, we were free to have fun and enjoy the rest of the session.

Watching this family grow over the years has been a true joy. The first year, it was just little Theo. Last year, Olivia hadn’t been born yet, and now she’s here, adding even more joy to their lives. These sessions have become a cherished tradition, and it’s heartwarming to see the love and connection between them.

Cedarpines Park proved to be the perfect setting for our session. Surrounded by the serene beauty of the San Bernardino mountains, we were able to capture the natural and playful moments of the Trondle Family. The lush greenery and towering trees provided a cozy and picturesque backdrop, making each shot feel like a little piece of magic.

As we moved through the session, it was wonderful to see Theo’s boundless energy and Olivia’s sweet smiles. Madison and Tom’s love for their children shone through in every interaction, and the playful moments with the dogs added an extra layer of warmth and fun to the photos.

Mommy and Me sessions are all about capturing those precious, everyday moments that often go unnoticed. It’s about the little giggles, the snuggles, and the joy of simply being together. Madison’s bond with Theo and Olivia was evident in every shot, and it’s these moments that will become treasured memories for years to come.

I’m incredibly grateful to the Trondle Family for allowing me to document these special moments. It’s always a pleasure to work with them, and I’m already looking forward to next year’s session.
