I’m so excited to share this Disneyland anniversary session with you today! When Jen reached out about their photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with them! There’s something so special about anniversary sessions. They capture the essence of a couple’s journey together, celebrating their love and the memories they’ve created over the years.
Jen and Joe were the absolute sweetest Disney adults! On the day of our shoot, the weather was perfect, with clear skies and a light breeze, making it ideal for capturing beautiful moments. Jen really wanted their session to capture the fun between them and their connection as Disney adults. She preferred less posing and more impromptu moments, and I definitely think we achieved that! This session was a belated anniversary trip, so I really tried to make it feel like a date that I was casually third wheeling on.
During our session, I captured several memorable shots that really showcased Jen and Joe’s personalities. One of my favorite shots was of them walking hand-in-hand across a wooden bridge, smiling at each other. The black and white filter added a timeless feel to the photo. Another special shot was on the carousel, where Jen and Joe posed on their favorite horse, bringing back memories of their visits with their daughter. The joy on their faces was priceless. And, of course, we couldn’t miss the playful shot of them sharing a Mickey Pretzel at the iconic pink door.
To Jen and Joe, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you! Your love and connection are truly inspiring, and it was great getting to know you both better. I can’t wait to see you all continue to grow together!
Enjoy this little peek into this sweet anniversary session!
