Magic Session

I’m so excited to share this Disneyland maternity session with you today! When the Hygge Family reached out about maternity photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with them! There’s something so special about maternity sessions. Capturing the anticipation and love parents have as they await the arrival of their little one is truly magical.

Disneyland Maternity Session

The session took place at Disneyland, a perfect backdrop filled with enchantment and joy. The weather was beautifully overcast, giving us the perfect soft light for the photos. The Hygge family brought along the cutest props, including a tiny blue dress and custom Mickey Mouse ears with “Baby Hygge” embroidered on them. This stage of life, with the anticipation of their baby girl’s arrival, is incredibly special and definitely deserved to be captured in such a magical setting.

We started under a stunning cherry blossom tree with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the background. One of my favorite shots is of the couple standing together, holding a wooden sign that says “34 Weeks.” It was such a sweet and intimate moment. Another memorable shot was on the wooden bridge, where the couple posed with their ultrasound pictures, capturing their excitement and love for their soon-to-arrive baby girl. The light crowds allowed us to move around and find the best spots without any interruptions, which was an absolute dream.

To the Hygge Family, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you! Your family is so sweet, and it was great getting to know you guys better. I can’t wait to see you all continue to grow together!
