I’m so excited to share this Disneyland Mommy & Me session! When Madison reached out about these special photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with her again! There’s something so special about Mommy & Me sessions. They capture the unique bond and tender moments between a mother and her child, freezing those precious, fleeting moments in time.

Disneyland Mommy & Me Session

This session was incredibly special as it was a continuation of a beautiful journey we started last October. We had done Madison’s maternity photos when she was pregnant with Ollie in front of the same pink door at Disneyland. The weather was perfect, with a gentle breeze and a partly cloudy sky that created soft, diffused lighting—ideal for photography.

Madison and Ollie are in such a beautiful stage of life. Madison, embracing her role as a mother of two and Ollie, experiencing the wonders of the world for the first time. This stage is fleeting and deserves to be captured, and I’m so glad I could be there to document it.

During the session, we recreated some of the shots from Madison’s maternity session, adding a layer of nostalgia and sentimentality. One of my favorite shots was Madison lifting Ollie in front of the pink door, just like she had cradled her baby bump last year. Another memorable shot was the two of them in front of the iconic Disneyland castle—a perfect blend of magic and reality. The carousel ride was another highlight, with Ollie’s eyes wide with wonder as Madison held her close.

To Madison and Ollie, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you! Your family is so sweet!
